If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return/change products within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.
You can request:
# CHANGE – The first change is free of charge. For each subsequent change, the charge is 5€.
# CREDIT for the next purchase within 6 months.
# MONEY REFUND** only on products without discount.
No refunds on discounted products, you can request a credit for your next purchase or change. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
It is essential that clothing is not washed, worn and that tags and retail receipt are included. If the item has been used or damaged, the return will not be accepted.
The shipment must be made only with the partner company, Geniki Taxydromiki at our charge (recipient’s charge) without you bearing the return costs, with the receipt inside the package.
There is no return form, returns/changes are made by e-mail.
Indicate in the e-mail the codes for return and the clothes (code – colour – size) you want to exchange.
For returns from countries outside Greece (Cyprus and England, Germany, Italy, France, Germany, Austria, Austria, Switzerland etc.) the shipping and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
